An aesthetic movement walnut centre table in the design of E.W. Godwin.
1066
A very charming table made out of american walnut, during the english aesthetic period which is between 1860-1900.
This table has an octagonal top with a moulded edge which is supported by four finely turned legs and sits on it's original casters.
The table is united by a very useful lower tier which one could use for books or magazines, which has nicely turned spindles to make an open gallery on all four sides, which is supported by arched brackets on each corner.
It's unusal to find a beautiful table in this style and in this size, as they generally tend to be smaller.
This table has great colour and is in wonderful condition for its age and is dated circa 1890.
