1063
A near pair of tables with nicely moulded tops, which have pieced frieze below on all four sides of each table and are raised on four square splayed tapered legs with a very useful lower tier which could be used for books. You will find on one table on the underside of the lower tier the is an impressed number stamp of 4 9 3 from when it was manufactured and again the other table has an impressed number stamp 7 0 2 from when it was manufactured. These two beautiful tables are from the arts and crafts period and are dated circa early 20c.
As mentioned these two tables are more than lightly by Liberty and Co.
These two tables are nearly identical in every way, the only real difference is the impressed stamp marks don't match so they did not start out as a pair, hence why we are selling them as a near pair.
