ABOUT
I have been involved in the art world for over 35 years during which time I trained as a furniture restorer at the Chippendale International School of Furniture, in Scotland. I then worked for Christie’s and Bonham’s Auctioneers, specialising in antique furniture and pictures. Following this I worked for many London art and antique dealers on a self-employed basis, including working for a period of time for Westenholz Antiques.
Our stock is predominately from the 19th and 20th century of the aesthetic and arts and crafts period. We have stock that is in the design of some of the great makers and also originals by the following makers to name a few : E.W.Godwin, James Shoolbred, Liberty & Co, William Birch, Charles Eastlake.
We also stock other items of furniture and pictures that we believe may be of interest to our clients.
We price all our items based on age, rarity, quality and condition, on this we try to keep our prices as competitively priced as possible to benefit our clients.

FOR PURCHASING OF ITEMS
You can purchase items directly from our website here by payment of stripe, credit and debit card. We also accept payment by bank transfer. When you purchase an item and once we have invoiced you, you will find the bank details on the bottom of the invoice if you wish to purchase an item this way.
SHIPPING OF PURCHASED ITEMS
We provide a delivery service to our clients on mainland England and Wales at a cost of £ 60.00 per item with one person. This charge will not be charged to our clients if they collect from our premises at the above address. All other areas within the UK, we will provide you with a quote from a reputable removal firm.
For international buyers we will deliver to a shipping company of your choice on mainland England or Wales. Our responsibility of your goods will cease at the point of delivery and all further shipping costs and dealing with the shipping of your goods to your destination abroad, will be between yourself and the shipping company.
We aim to deliver within seven to fourteen working days on receipt of full payment of goods and delivery costs.
For UK customers: Due to distance selling regulations, we offer a full money back guarantee minus transport and packaging costs. Items must be returned within seven days of receipt of goods if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from us for whatever reason. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it left. However, due to the quality and condition of our items we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. Please note : Refunds on any items will be credited within three working days of receipt of goods.
