A good quality oak side table or kitchen / dining table circa 1680-1720.

£1,850

This very well made table that could sit four people is of high quality and has a solid construction and has its original wax finish and is in an unrestored condition.

The table has a rectangular top with a moulded edge and has three pieces of good quality timber which are tongue and grooved and then dowelled to make the top.

Below the top the table has one draw made in solid oak with a knob handle. The square legs are chamfered and are connected to each other on an H frame stretcher.

The table is a very versatile piece and could be used as a side table or as a small dining / kitchen table and would be an excellent addition to any home.

The piece displays a gorgeous and rich colour throughout, which is complemented by a build up of years of patination which includes some minor damage along the way that reflects its long history.
