This good quality table is made out of English oak. It is dated early 20c and is very much of the arts and crafts period and in the manner of Liberty & Co.
The table has a nicely polished finish, with a square top having a moulded edge with a pieced frieze below on all four sides. The table is raised on four square splayed tapered legs with a lower tier which has a matching moulded edge.
You will find on the underside of the lower tier the is an impressed number stamp of 4 9 3 as per photo from when it was manufactured.
